He is the Acting Managing Director of GTL Properties. He is an astute Property Developer. He is qualified in B.Tech (Hon’s) degree in Quantity Surveying at Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria with master’s degree in project management (MPM) at University of Lagos, Akoka, Nigeria.
He is a member of Association of Project Management UK, South Africa Association of Quantity Surveyor and Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor. He has over 2 decades experience in Residential and Commercial Property Development, Project Management, Cost Estimation and Tender, Financial Modelling and Cost Control, Contract Procurement, Negotiation and Administration, Supervising and Scheduling of building/civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Also, he is vast in structuring Joint Venture development projects with Corporate Institutions and PPP with Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies for medium to large scale real estate projects spanning housing and social infrastructure”.
